   I’m very satisfied with the product for the price, it’s what I expected and very satisfied with the service. The first one was lost in the mail and customer service sent me another one 1st class mail and gave me a 20.00 credit to my account and also refunded my card. I couldn’t have asked for more.    Good item. The design should be tweaked a bit so that the pick-up is recessed away from the strings another 3mm as it is too close to the strings when playing notes on 12th fret and higher, otherwise quite happy with the product.

   Better than expected. Fitting was a bit fiddly but it stays in place well. The pickups are average quality but excellent for the price. Separate volume and tone controls work well.

   Other pickups I’ve used are really quiet. This one manages to be loud without needing any batteries. I was even able to play Rocksmith on an acoustic using a female-to-female adapter. Fits really tight, so can be kind of difficult to attach, but overall a great product
