   Was skeptical about this purchase, but eanted to ser if it was something my husband would use before paying for a better one. After receiving this one, there is no reason to buy a more expensive brand. This one has 3 strong levels of cooling, easy to use and comfortable to wear. Glad i bought it

   This neck cooling fan really does the trick on a warm day. It’s super light weight and runs quietly on first setting. I highly recommend this purchase!

   Works great! Very cool breeze, 3 speeds. I can’t wait to use it in Vegas…2 weeks…I’m so excited. My daughter is jealous and wants to order for our trip but worried she won’t receive it before we leave.
