   Well made but with this type of technology it takes time to see results. Doing 30 minutes a day for now on abdomen and I was told from a neurologist that this penetrates to an area in your gut that affects your whole body and overall I feel much better than I have in a while. Functions as specified, fits well and would accomodate larger sizes. I have a US 36-38 waist and there is plenty of room. I’m using it for overall health improvement. I wish they had a shoulder one as I am recovering from a Frozen shoulder but even that feels better. I’m also sleeping better so I’m walking up more alert instead of how I was feeling when I woke up I would groan and want to go back to sleep because I still felt tired. I am using this in conjunction with the nasal red light that I purchased elsewhere. My allergies have improved tremendously so that I am off all medications after a month of daily use for 30 minutes.

   These are soooo beautiful! I got them for free and was honestly skeptical about the free gifts but they’re here and I love them! These were a gift to my mom and we can’t wait to use them and show them off! The little knobs of each pain comes in a little big so you have to screw it on yourself but it is super easy!! HIGHLY recommend!

   Haven’t used but seem durable, Pan is small but come with a lot of sizes so it works. The glass is also real lol. Light weight. It was sketchy at first but they seem to be exactly
