I was very pleased with this studio foam. It is the exact size described, and it expands by itself. I didn’t have to make it wet and dry it like some other kinds, and it exactly matched the ones I bought previously.

these panels make a big difference. we live in a top unit near a busy road. we have put these on the glass doors and windows. I have ordered 3 more packets of 12 to finish the job. It makes a big difference and muffles the sound of traffic to a distance swish. We placed each square 15cm apart with lines going up and the next panel lines going across, repeating the pattern, apparently the proffessionals do it this way. Great quality & recommended.
