   Great product. Solid structure gives a thorough massage to all surface of feet (even top of the feet by flipping over the device) as well as hands or other parts of the body that you would like to promote blood circulation.. You can choose to put more pressure by standing on the device, less force when sitting or laying. To prevent the body grease to get on the device, an old tshirt or pillow case wrap around will soften the massage as well.

   Nice and Very useful. Love using it while sitting watching tv etc. Everyone should have one. Size and quality are great.
