Works very well for stretching out your fingers. If you do have larger fingers or knuckles definitely get a size up. The one I have is a medium and seems okay but I am thinking of ordering one a bit bigger to see if it’s any better. It does feel a bit awkward at first but if you’re just starting guitar like I am it will really help having that flexibility for different chords.

Good product but it needed a curve to fit the rounding of my hand so just put it in boiling water for 30 seconds at a time and bent to shape and works great now !

So far it seems to be working as I thought it would. My fingers needed stretching and it seems to be helping.
