   there is one adult size cuff and one child size. will update when we use them out and about but so far love it

   My 19 month old keep trying to run from the car into the road. She thinks it is a game now so I got this to hopefully break her of that habit. Material all seems good. Color is very nice and it does expand about 5-6 feet. I like that it is obvious which cuff goes on the adult vs child too.
