   I really like this EMS/TENS unit! I have been using it for a couple of months and I am very satisfied with it. After you choose the body position you want to get EMS, it will give you a combination of different stimulation modes and stops automatically after 30min. I also like its portable feature, one full charge can last for several uses 👍👍👍

   This thing is awesome. If used properly (as far as setting and adjusting intensity as needed) for the entire duration (at least 80 min) and consistently (use daily to several times daily til your pain improves) it works really well to help my muscle spasms. I also stretch and do other things but this really helps with areas that are hard to massage by myself like neck/upper shoulders

   Absolutely Amazing!! I purchased this as a surprise/gift for my wife because of muscle tightness and incredibly high levels of pain. Once everything was easily prepared, connected a applied, the level of relief that my wife found was remarkable. She won’t go anywhere without it and because it charges so easily, it can be charged quickly so that there isn’t much gap between use and being fully charged. Thank You for your time making this.
