It arrived dented but still
operational. Tried it and it worked great. I am reluctant to return as it is too inconvenient but if there is no compensation at least for the damage, no recourse but to return as i was not able to get full value for what I paid.

So far, this countertop icemaker has been very good to us. It does make ice every six minutes as stated, and is very easy to use and refill the water tank. We have been using filtered water to cut down the scale build-up that we get because of the hard water in our house. The ice cubes are not totally clear, but that is not a problem considering this unit makes soft ice. The unit so far is been extremely reliable, consistent with the ice it makes, and also looks good on the countertop.
Since it does not have any type of freezer unit built into it, just keep in mind that the ice at the bottom will eventually start to melt and drip back into the fill tank, this doesn’t really seem to be an issue and if we don’t use the ice for a fair amount of time, will just take the fresh cubes off the top and dump the old, and it will make new ice automatically once the level goes down. And being that it makes ice every 6 minutes it really doesn’t take that long to fill the been back up.
PROS:
– Makes Ice Fast
– Fairly Large Ice Bin and Water Tank
– Ice Tastes Great especially when using filtered water
– Looks and Fits Well on Standard Countertop
– Easy to Maintain
CONS:
– A bit more noisy than most would like but it only takes a few days to get used to it then you don’t really notice it all that much.
– Ice will build up at the dispenser point and sometimes not fill the ice bin up all the way. This is a minor irritant and is easily fixed by casually opening the ice bin lid and using the included scoop to knock the ice into the bin.
I’ve looked at a lot of different ice machines and read a lot of different reviews and came to the conclusion that this one seems like it has the best of both worlds, a decent price, and decent performance. So far I have not been disappointed. I would recommend this for anybody that’s looking for a cost-effective decent icemaker that will crank out lots of ice 24 seven when needed.

I’ve had this baby with me for weeks, till I finally got a shelving unit I could put it on since our counter didn’t allow for the surprise 8″ clearance on top that it required. ALso note it requires a grounded outlet. Not impressed with the clarity of the directions, but was able to manage and figure stuff out. I have to admit, in this age of Covid I would have appreciated a bit more info to reassure me the manufacturing conditions were sterile or very clean as this is something generating a product going into our bodies. When I called I got a person challenging to understand clearly who only advised me to follow the cleaning instructions in the booklet it came with. There are only a few pieces that can be taken out to be washed…some little filter part, the ice basket and the scoop. For cleaning they only suggest a vinegar and water solution on a soft cloth, and then a clean one that is used to go over it. Seems inadequate to me, but I forged ahead hoping for the best. Was surprised at how efficient it was….although it didn’t seem to make a whole lot of ice at one time, more was coming. About 12 small cubes (i picked the small size to try with making a frozen hot chocolate) and they are little bullet shapes. I did fill about 1 1/2 quart bags when all was said and done, and put them in the freezer…a whack on the counter and they broke apart. I chose this model because of other good reviews. I think I like it once I get more used to it. ALso call me dense, but I think there could have been better pictures or directions as to where the water actually goes in. The Max fill line was a big hint, it just wasn’t in your face obvious. Really a clever little gadget!

First one we bought……well lasted long enough to not be covered for return or refund.
This one seems to be still going strong.
Will update if that changes.

I bought a competitor’s product. The first one I bought leaked. The stopper didn’t plug properly. I returned it. It was easy to return. That stopped working after a week. So when I say I like it because it works, it is really nice to set it up and start getting ice. It is quiet. You have choice of large or small cubes. I am super pleased with this product.

I like the fact that for me and my friends, when we need to ice the most, it keeps up to us. I haven’t run out yet.

We have had our ice maker for 6 yrs and it’s been a work horse. It helped us survive the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, wedding shower, Christmas parties and so many get together with family and friends. Sadly, it died today. The day after my refrigerator broke. I’ll be ordering a new one today. I can’t live without it, especially with this Texas heat.

I really like this ice maker. It’s perfect for my needs. Easy to use. Take a little while to make a nice batch. But when it’s done I bag it up and put it in the freezer. I’m very happy with it for the price.

It arrived quickly.
We love it and I was happy with the color of ours.
The machine is not that large.
You might need to let it run a few cycles of ice making before the “large” is larger than the “small”.
I find that they stay icy longer if you immediately place your batch of made ice into your freezer for a little while but they are fine if you don’t, they will just melt quicker. I need them more frozen for iced coffee.
It’s really nice to have when you are going to be having friends and family over.
I just with the cubes were larger, you can see the size in my photos of the large cubes vs a US quarter.

In the ast 3 days of making ice, turning it off at night, and not constantly monitoring it, we have made about 18 lbs of ice – and at this point we have no more room in our freezers.
The bullet ice cools drinks well, and my kids like that they can still chew on them. They say it tastes better than our freezer. The Large ice, is just slightly thicker than the small ice – my kids were hoping the length of the ice cube would be smaller, it is not.
It makes a round of ice every ~8 minutes. And the tray fills up in about 2 hours, when we just dump it in the ice bags we are using.
Any ice that starts to melt in the tray, the water gets put in the reservoir and used to make more ice. There isn’t much waste.
It comes with an ice scooper, so don’t bother getting one.
