The bits that come with this set are matte finish and unplated (or plated in a matte finish), which tends to make them less likely to slip out of the screw than the shiny, slippery nickel/chrome plated tips that are more common in inexpensive sets. Even the smallest tips are well-formed with well-defined edges, unlike some cheap bits that almost look like they were poorly stamped out of soft metal.

The slim anodized aluminum handle and the end bearing that rests in your palm give the screwdriver the feel of a quality Wiha driver. The small diameter allows rapid rotation without having to get your wrist into the action too much.

After some puzzling I discovered that the plastic case actually slides open, but it has no thumb grips to give a clue that this is how you get into it. I was trying to open the case like a book until the it actually popped apart the wrong way, and I could then see how it should open. The case is not great, but the quality of the bits and handle more than make up for this.

    Recommended.

In trying to change lenses on my sunglasses, I had to find a small Phillips screwdriver to loosen the frames. I had one, but it was still a bit too large for the small screws in the sunglasses. So I turned to Amazon to see what they might have to offer – and found this kit. It’s phenomenal!

It offers a HUGE selection of what I’d call “micro” screwdriver heads, ranging from very small Phillips (5 different sizes that can easily handle adjusting reading and other glasses), to standard, to many sizes of Torx drivers to types of drivers I didn’t even know existed. It’s an outstanding selection!

The bits themselves are magnetized which is great. And the screwdriver that they fit into is solid and the bits fit into it securely. Plus, it has a spinning cap on it so you hold the bit tight to the screw and spin it easily with one hand. It’s a quality tool.

The one comment I’ll make for the benefit of others who get this set is that it’s kind of a Rubik’s Cube to figure out how to open the case. I couldn’t see how to do it, so I just tried prying it apart – which worked, but basically I removed the back of the case by so doing. What you have to do (and to me it wasn’t at all intuitive) is you SLIDE the top of the case down the length of the case to expose the screwdriver and bits. (I would have appreciated something on the case cover that said something like “Top” with an arrow indicating which way to slide it. But these are nits.) Once you solve the riddle, all is good and it all works very well.

One of the best parts of all this is that this excellent kit is offered at a crazy low price. Highly recommended!

I think this is a good must have precision set of screw drivers. The bits and handle are made pretty solid and sturdy. There’s practically any bit you could possibly need for any small project. The end is magnetic and the bit fits in perfectly. Stays put while you’re working and doesn’t fall out. The only downside was the case. It’s just made of plastic and the one corner at the bottom isn’t snapped in and won’t snap in properly which is annoying considering this is a slide case and that part should be snapped in and not messed with. Other than that it’s a decent set and would be a good stocking stuffer.

This is an okay set of drivers but not a full range of sizes to meet a lot of needs. I was hoping to get sizes small enough to let me use the set to add / remove links from my watch band but alas… they are not small enough. The case is okay but it is not sturdy by any means.

Good full featured micro driver set, but not yet sure on the overall quality. So many bits came with this set, it is bound to have the one you need! I do lots of work on laptops and am always looking for a set of smalls like this. Unfortunately, on the first use (tearing down a Dell Precision laptop for a keyboard replacement) one of the phillips head drivers actually CHIPPED on one of the battery hold down screws. This happened under very little torque and quote frankly surprised me. Hopefully it’s just the one bit (possibly an issue w/ the metal heat treat)?

I got this for my son, to start building a little toolkit of his own. This toolkit comes in a nice, sleek case with a slide-off lid. There are a lot of different bits, and all the most common sizes and heads are included.

The screwdriver itself is free-spinning, which is a plus. I do feel that the handle itself feels a bit cheap – I think with a slightly better construction, or choice of materials, it would lift this to be a really nice kit.

This is a mini screwdriver kit that comes with a single screwdriver and 25 bits. For some reason, the screwdriver does not match the picture description, for instance, it does not have a knurled pattern in the handle, but instead is octagonal. The end does spin freely, but it doesn’t feel like a ball bearing is in there. The bits are all clearly engraved with the size on one side and a CR-V marking on the other, to indicate the metal used as chrome vanadium, which is stronger and harder than carbon steel. The case makes the best use of getting all the bits and screwdriver fitted with the least amount of wasted space, making for a compact package. However, the case is cheaply made from subpar plastic, and has a sliding cover which is completely separate from the body when opened, making it easy to misplace or lose. I would have preferred a hinged lid to keep everything together. Magnets embedded in the case keeps the bits from falling out.
Overall, this is a handy screwdriver kit suitable for precision work, such as eyeglasses, small electronics, and jewelry. It comes with a good selection of bits, and everything seems to be well-made, except the case could be better. The quality of the screwdriver and the bits are very good for the price, so if you can overlook a bad case design, this is a good buy.
