I purchased one of the DigiNice smart lock about two months ago. My wife love it so much, since there are five (5) ways ( key, access card, passcode, fingerprint, and Bluetooth) to access the lock. We purchased two (2) more DigiNice locks for both our gates. Even if the batteries gets drained, you can still use the key to open the door. Best of all you can use your fingerprint to open the door, and so easy to install, with great instructions. There is also a rubber seal on both the interior and exterior side of the lock for water protection. Better than Kwikset or Schlage!

There are plenty of bigger brands with a lot of good reviews, but I didn’t like the look or the operation of some of them. As I read about this I thought that it had everything I wanted and it looked good, so I took a chance. So far, this is a great lock. I used it on a pass-through gate in my driveway. I love that it locks itself and that the fingerprint reader is fast. My only very small gripe is that you can’t program a 4-digit passcode. They require 6 digits and my gardeners will have to now re-learn a new longer code. Other than that, It’s great.

This is our first electronic smart lock, but I’m very impressed. One issue that I was concerned about was that we were replacing an existing lock that has a deadbolt above it and the space is limited. Many of the locks were too tall to fit in the space. This one fits perfectly and looks great. Installation could not have been easier! I’ve worked with quite a few standard locks and it’s always tough to connect screws through the door. The use of the positioning columns and screw casings made this very simple. Setting up the app and an account were very simple. Inputting fingerprints, passcodes, and fobs couldn’t have been easier! Still working through familiarity with the app. We have frequent house sitters and the ability to have temporary codes is going to make life grand!

We have had this code door lock installed for about a week. It was very easy to install, in fact I took the opportunity to have my 14 year old daughter do most of the installation as a way to learn how things work. She enjoyed the process and learned some new things about hardware and tools.
So far we are extremely pleased with our purchase. The lock allows us to customize how each member of the family would like to unlock the door. My kids like having a code, my wife likes having the magnetic card key chain. I like having a code but carry one of the keys with me just in case. We have not used the temporary code feature yet. One feature that I really like is the automatic lock feature after opening the door. Safety is always on our minds with our daughters and this feature sets the lock right after opening the door and closing it. No forgetting to lock the door after you come in again. Overall was a good purchase for us, its one less thing to have to deal with when people forget their keys and someone has to run home to unlock it for them. Recommend this lock.

I posted a question earlier this week about this lock. Customer service was very quick to respond to my inquiry, as I needed remote access to unlock the door etc. I had 2 different gateways here that I tried using when I had the “TT lock brand. (Which by the way, completely SUCK—) went through 3 of those in less than 4 months. But, if you had the gateway they recommended…it works perfectly so far. Would get 5 stars, but the battery life is kinda “iffy “. Get ya some rechargeable double A batteries for sure!!! Best wishes

First of all, it really fit my old front wooden home door perfectly, which I worried before it arrived. The installation just took me 5 mins to figure out and 5 mins to finish. EASY!
It provides the wide array of unlocking options: fingerprint, the app control, a unique code, key fobs, mechanical keys, or even Alexa voice unlock, which is far more than what I need.
I really like the fingerprint and code unlock option. Never bothered by locked out due to key lost! Also, It is efficient battery consuming product. The battery still show 100% full after almost one week working!
I am exploring more functions of this product. For sure it will give me more surprise with the smart high tech!
