   It works very good! And it’s really nice to use. with heat funtional about 40℃ I think, not hot but my neck feel warm from the sheet metal. massage works good and provides a moment of relaxation. very good value neck massager.

   Put it on immediately and was pre charged yay. Warms up nice helping to loosen my tight neck muscles. Can use with gel, lotion, or dry. Will be more intense if used while skin is moist. I prefer using it dry and found it quite pleasant. I like that i can turn the heat on or off, change the massage/pulse intensity modes, and that it’s rechargeable. It has an auto turn off feature that turns it off after 15 mins. I have a 15 1/2” neck and it fit me fine. I’m enjoying it very much.

   It’s awesome good size it massages and heats works great has different massage speeds and heat temperatures my neck is feeling better already I LOVE IT OH YEAH AND ITS RECHARGABLE NO BATTERIES
