   This little fan seems to work great. I purchased it for my husband for work, and it just came, so I tried it on, and it’s very cooling. It’s a little loud near your ears but not overbearing. The fan has three speeds and it is rechargeable. It comes with a charging cord. Thank you!

   Great neck fan. Very easy to work and it has 4 levels of how strong you want the air to come out… imma take it everywhere i go.. ☺️
