I suffer from migraines and this is awesome. I am ordering 3 more! That way when it warms up I stick it back in the freezer and grab another. plus, I have one for travel.

Absolutely 💯 Amazing. Works great on my migraines. I refrigerate only so they last about 15 mins. I bought 7 so I could rotate them out if necessary. You can freeze them but for me it was too cold. Highly Recommend 👍

Reasonable value. Highly recommend. Very helpful especially with my Migraines. I got 7 different ones as you can see I put them in a gallon size bag & Put in the fridge. When you initially put it on it feels absolutely amazing! Due to refrigerating only they only last about 15 mins so I have enough to rotate out. You can freeze them as well but for me it was too cold & hard to keep on. the gel packs are what I used to use.
