   Comes in cute packaging and an unique bottle design. Applicator tool is different than expected and spreads well! Effect is felt within the first 30 seconds, and with one coat, the effect shows in the bottom lip. With multiple coats, I’m sure y’all can achieve your desired plumping effect! 🙂 Great product!
