   this seems of pretty good quality I’d say it would probably last year or two with daily use. it’s not too hard North too soft I did try it down while sitting on the couch it seems to hit quite a bit of the pressure points not all but I do like it so I can already feel a little bit of pressure release thank you

   I tried it, I read to use 25min.a day. Need to read up on more. It felt good but after 9 min. I was ready to end it. I thought I’d increase time gradually. You can move your NECk around on it or hold it & massage your neck area & feels very good. I think it can be Very helpful!
