I bought these for my husband and he loves them. He uses them daily and said they have helped a lot with his grip strength. The second pic shows how you adjust the weight, which as you can see is on the front. Highly recommended.

Works as it should. When you adjust the force you really have the adjustment. There’s really nothing wrong with my grip strength trainer. The only problem would be the trainer cap to adjust the weight that wasn’t well to his spot. It’s not that prevent me to use it but just a bit annnoying.
