I bought the 4 pack, our house at night with no lights on is pitch black dark inside, if someone gets up in the middle of the night for water or whatever, these really light up good all over the house and it is not too bright, they are perfect. Everyone loves them. Plug them in the bottom socket, it leaves plenty of room to plug something else in above it. 5*
