I have known about castor oil packs and would make my own over 20 years ago. I was very happy to find this on Temu. It is a very good quality and the size is perfect. One of the better quality items on Temu.

Great. I prefer the one with elastic and buttons because it fits large bodies better. For us size 14/16 or less this should be great. It’s a bit uncomfortable at size 20

LOVE THIS THING! It’s wrapped around my thigh atm. Lol! Next will be liver etc. This thing makes it SO easy. (FYI: I’m using a previously soaked compress, between this and the belt, to minimize waste of the oil. I’ll eventually toss those, and just use the inner cotton layer on it’s own. NO mess!! Woo Hoo!!!
