   Kitty LOVES this toy. She carries it around, and brings it to us to throw for her. Wish I bought a few of these.

   Exactly as described. The rubber ball at the end is thick and bounces the toy around. So far, our cat doesn’t really care for it but I’m sure it’ll take some time as he is a rescue. The blue part is soft and moves well – it isn’t stiff. I think for the price, it’s worth a shot to add to your cat toy box.
