   The neck cervical pillow has a good solid support on the neck. It is great for my spine while sleeping on my back. It gives support all the way to the tailbone and is very comfortable even though your head is resting on a much thinner section. Before using this pillow it would take a long time to fall asleep on my back. Since using this pillow I feel comfort in my neck and fall asleep much faster and wake up well rested with my back feeling really stable. It is well worth the price and would recommend it.
