   Does what it is supposed to do. I think I only got 19 but it’s whatever they are nice and they have pre sticky on them and actually stay on unlike others we have had in the past

   they work well and are still on a day after application. Seems to hold well to toddler trying to take it off with no luck, so they serve their purpose.
