This sun shade is actually dark like it advertises – unlike others, RME. BUT – it has a really strong smell. I tried wiping it down with vinegar and water to see if it helped…. Unfortunately it didn’t. If you can get past the smell, this is a good shade.

The advertisement for this is misleading, the windshield shade is not thick like it states, it dos NOT cover the entire windshield and it does NOT fit even though I put in the correct dimensions! Guess I get what I paid for! Next time I’ll just stick to my home town auto parts store brand!

I could’ve used the next size up on my suv, but I still really like it. You can velcro around your rearview mirror making a closer fit to your windshield and helps to hold it in place.
