   works great and didnt take long to charge at all.. lights on the ends are nice and bright and fill a whole bed room with light..

   I LOVE this! I did not think i would like it as much as i do, but it has really benefitted in the triple digits of this summer heat in Texas. It comes 3/4 charged, and comes with a charging cable. There are 5 fan speeds that come out only 1 way (i find i get the most relief in the position where the wind is going up towards my face). The lights are definitely a bonus, since sometimes i like to walk at night and i am definitely seen by cars with this. It does also give some light to see in front of you, but not too much.
   The only complaint is my man works out, so his neck is much thicker than mine and he found it uncomfortable to wear 🙁 I wish there had been a size for him.
