   Easy to snap pieces together. It is plastic. The rollers in weight ball attachment are metal. You can use sand or salt in weight ball. I used 7 ounces of salt. I overestimated size I needed so have half dozen extra pieces. You get a little screwdriver and screws for putting the two halves of ball together. It’s difficult to screw in screws and I used pliers to get grip on screwdriver and tighten them to close gap in the two pieces. I’ll have to wait and see if helps with weight loss and toning. I’m not a great hula hoop person. Great investment especially since half price (+) from Amazon and other retailers.

   works great. I used rice as weight and secured it with tape so it will last longer. It’s well worth it .

   Works ok once you get your stance right but the screws don’t reliably hold the weight piece together lol. My 4 year old has a knot to attest to this 🫣🥴

   Love it. I actually bought 2 because IM Fat ( 300 pounds size 22-24-26 / 3x- 4x) and was afraid it would have been too small . Only one was fine to fit around my waist.
