this romper/dress was worth the wait!! Fits pretty true to size the only issue is that the torso was on the shorter side and I’m 5’7” for reference. I’m a little worried about washing it because of the soft, cotton like, feel of the fabric which makes this piece incredibly comfortable. Will be ordering more colors if it passes the wash test!

This style dress has become my summer uniform. After purchasing the expensive Free People version, I loved the style, but not the price tag, so I went on an amazon hunt. I have purchased multiple in this price range from different vendors and the rest were super poor quality, not as pictured, itchy fabric, wrong colors, etc. It was so bad that I ended up ripping one apart and making into a pattern to sew my own with nicer fabric (with zero sewing experience HAHAHA). The shipping on this one took a bit longer, so I honestly had forgotten I ordered it, but when it came in, I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The fabric is soft and thick and has all of the details pictured. The straps are nice and thick with elastic in them, so they aren’t constantly falling down. I would say the quality of this dress is as good as the FP dress for 1/3 the price. If you are looking for a good quality hot shot mini dupe this is the one you should buy!

Love the built in tank/shorts and pockets. Does not fit true to size- I ordered a size larger as I wanted it oversized- but should have ordered 2sizes bigger. it took much longer to get here then as originally stated- it took 18 days and I did not have it for a function that I wanted it for and am still waiting for the white one to arrive. I like it good enough to keep it anyway..

I ordered this item in blue, however, the mail carrier delivered it to the wrong address. I thought it was stolen or lost for good due to it being almost a week since it was delivered so I messaged the seller and without hesitation they refunded my money. The very next day whoever had it returned the package to my house so I tried cancelling the refund with the seller however they told me to consider it a gift. 🙂
THAT is such sweet customer service and I feel like more companies could benefit from doing the same.
With all that being said, I LOVED the outfit. It’s super cozy and soft. I think it would be perfect for almost any event; cookouts, hangouts with friends, laying on the couch watching tv, etc. It’s not too long, and not too short. Easy to get on and off. And since the company was so respectful regarding my missing package I have now ordered a second one in a different color! I’m about 168lbs, 5’7” and ordered a large and it fits perfect!

This dress is super comfy and fits very well. Some of the other dresses like this I’ve tried and they normally ride up, this one stays put! The fabric is super soft and made of quality materials. I love how stretchy it is as well and how it feels on my skin. I also love the fact that the pockets are deep too. I went for a walk with my dog the other day and my phone stayed nice and secure inside the pockets and didn’t slip around or fall out. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who is on the fence about this dress. I’m a little bigger at the bottom, and the medium fits very well on me.

I’m obsessed with this dress. I have worn it at least 6 times in the month I’ve had it. Every time, I get so many compliments and “where did you get that?” Highly impressed with the quality. I tried a similar dupe on Amazon and it paled in comparison. Go ahead and just get this one! I am 5’2” and 125 lbs. I got a medium, but I could have gotten away with a small. It is a little short, so tall ladies may have a problem with it. Personally, being 5’2” and it having shorts built it – the length didn’t bother me at all. But just fair warning!

I loved the fit, it’s super cute. I bought in XL because I’m 8 months pregnant and needed something comfy for the rest of this hot summer pregnancy. Unfortunately these were bagged with a little perfume thing that is an artificial fragrance that smells like a highschool boys cologne that was dumped inside his locker all over a sweatshirt he is now wearing. I have soaked twice in vinegar, washed 5 times with detergent, vinegar, and baking soda (all together) and hung out in the sun twice and I still can’t get the smell out. It smells just as strong as when I first opened it. Would rather deal with a gross warehouse smell than this horrible artifices fragrance that I can’t get out. I thought after pregnancy I might buy a couple more in a smaller size but not if they continue to come with the smell.

I’m a huge fan of Free People, especially their Hot Shot line. Unfortunately, they’re often sold out of the colors I want in the size I need (XS) so I’ve turned to Amazon for substitutes. This mini dress is a near perfect dupe for the one FP offers. The only difference I’ve found is that the bottom hem is not cut so it curls on itself. Otherwise, the fit is TTS, I love the variety of colors offered, and the price is half (or less) that of FP’s. Highly recommend giving these a try!
