We are very happy with our new frig! Fed Ex delivered it without any damage! The frig is extremely quiet and works perfectly = it cools properly!! We have it in our garage where it is quite warm, yet it cools on the “3” setting! We will probably buy another one!

It’s a perfect size and light weight. Gets cold fast. Good interior space. It had a small dent in the door on arrival. Not worth the headache of having to return it for a replacement. Minus one star for the dent.

Freezer isn’t cold enough even with thermostat on 5. No light inside refrigerator.
Otherwise the refrigerator part works fine. I don’t care much about the tiny freezer. Seems like decent value if it lasts.
It works, the fridge is cold. I’m happy with it. I’m not sending it back unless it has a failure.

Their customer service was amazing. I worked with Jenny, who was quick to respond to my issue. We were able to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
As for the product, the fridge is wonderful it’s the perfect size for my upstairs bedroom. It keep my water, juices and fruit cold and it’s very quite. I’m very happy with the product.

The mini fridge is working great. It is in my gazebo, and is working effortlessly while in 100+ degree temperatures. The fridge had a minor paint chip on the front which was most likely cause during shipping. However, the company provided an refund that more than compensated for the slight superficial damage.

Fridge came smoothly to our work office but arrived with a large dent in the front as well as scratches down the side. I wanted to return for a refund but honestly it’s just too much hassle.
Bangson immediately reached out and fixed the problem! They were so kind and fast, so appreciated!! Fridge works GREAT!

This fridge with freezer is very compact and perfect for small space. I’m gonna use it on my backyard to put some drinks and meat whenever we have some friends coming in. What i like the most is you can adjust the shelves depending on what you will put on it.
The design is also simple but looks elegant with the silver door and black frame. The weight of this fridge is not heavy, it could be lifted by 1 person. Overall i’m happy with the buy.

I have been sharing a mini fridge with a coworker in another office and finally decided to get my own. I ordered this Bangson mini fridge on July 5th and it was delivered on July 7. It came well-packaged for shipping protection and was very easy to remove from the carton. The unit is standard gloss black and designed in a straightforward, no fuss way, that I appreciate. I decided to set it up and test it in my garage before bringing it to work, in the event it didn’t work out.
The test—per the instructions I leveled the unit and waited the requisite 2+ hour period for the compressor to settle before plugging in. After 2 hours, I plugged it in, and threw a few LaCroix in there to see if they’d get cold. YES! They sure did and quickly. The unit is cold and whisper quiet. I have not tried to make ice in the freezer yet, but it’s frigid in there and I am confident it will freeze cubes nicely. Also, I haven’t confirmed this in the manual, but I think you can swap the door hinge to the other side to open in the orientation you prefer for your space. I am delivering it to the office tomorrow morning and will follow up if there are any issues. So far, seems to be a perfect little fridge for my small office.
Ultimately, the fridge be doing what it do, and it be cold as ice! LOL!. Seems to be an excellent small appliance for the money. Recommend.
