Perfect item!! It arrived exactly as decided and was packaged well. It actually felt really cool as soon as it was taken out of the packaging. My pup loves this mat (it is a bit small for him, but that is my fault for not double checking the sizing prior to purchasing). Just for reference, my dog is an American Staffy mix and is around 90lbs. I do recommend this product to anyone.
