   it’s a cotton type material. nice elastic, feels durable enough to hold my hair that is pretty thick. love the vibrant colors.

   Again I got these for my sister she always says hair ties pull her hair out she has curly hair and she love’s Halloween so these were perfect for her and did I mention they are incredibly cute and soft !
