   I believe it is for the right hand but i will use on my left hand, there are 3 different heat settings! Easy to use. Good heat comes from this little heating pad. Wish it was rechargeable so i didn’t have to be stationary but i still love it. I’m going to buy the leg ones next for my husband.

   absolutely awesome. love them I bought 2 now I hooked up my portable phone bank to them so I can be mobile and use them . for my RA these are a god send

   I’ve just put it on, and it’s starting to heat up. Wish it also had massage, but I believe I’m going love even without massage.
