   Not mushy plastic-it’s sturdy and strong. Works well for neck stretching. My chiropractor said to do this with a rolled up towel so this saves me having to roll a towel.

   this is awesome I wasn’t sure about it at first but I went ahead and gave it a try and I’m so happy I did it really helps me be able to adjust my neck, you can use it on the floor or I use it a lot just sitting in the chair and you kind of roll your head around it and stretch your neck on it it’s actually really helpful
