   This sleep aid is a good item. I use it around 10 minutes setting at soft mode, then I fall asleep naturally. I wear it and don’t feel any pulse or vibration on my left wrist, then I can sleep in quiet environment.

   Used it for sleeping once and I did get to sleep a little faster but will have to try a few more times. I mainly use it at work (customer service) on my right wrist as an anxiety reducer and it really works for me. Within a few minutes on the normal setting I am more relaxed and can get back to work.

   Works great for insomnia,this is the second one I bought! The vibration from this gadget keeps your mind from thinking about falling asleep, then you will just fall asleep quickly & naturally!
