Has a good locking system (though a little hard to lock) and the metal plate that blocks it so that you don’t cut your dogs nails too short is sooo nice. It does slip a little when clipping, but that could also be because our dogs nails were pretty long at this point. They seem nice and sharp. Hopefully they will stay sharp.

Easy to use, light weight and nice quality

These were surprisingly perfect. I was worried they may be a little small as I have Boxers and a Bernese Mountain dog. We have had several grinders that worked great. But I’m sick of the mess it makes not to mention the smell of grinding their nails. This is a good alternative. I’m not sure how long they will last for but we will give it a go
