   This thing works nicely! Prob will fit up to size 20/US but will be snug. Belt is adjustable and has different vibration settings along with a constant heat setting. Doesn’t get too hot. My daughter in law loves it.

   Got this for my daughter and she loves it. Works great and comes with charging cord. It only has two heat settings 50 and 60. She said 60 burns her skin even when put over a shirt but she does have sensitive skin. I put it on my bare skin on 60 and it was the perfect amount of heat. It’s adjustable and has various vibration modes. I’m going to purchase me one. It’s a little small but perfect for lower part of my stomach for cramps. I weigh 225 and it would still work for me and goes around me perfectly.

   havemt actually used this yet. but does warm up. not a fan of the vibration. but some may like it. I won this item on fishland. so am very happy
