   There great for the machine I bought I needed extra pads because the gel pads you can use one or twice and have to purchase new ones for you portable massage ems machine without buying more pads you won’t be able to use your ems massage machine properly but the way if your looking for a great massage machine this one is the best I promise you . It has 8 different massage preferences and the highest level is 10 I took it to level 4 and it was working very great I didn’t even have to go any higher as the electric massage fixed the stiffness in my back shoulders arms and legs I highly recommend this if your in pain or stiff or are a athlete and want to warm up this machine is the best hands down and the price is worth it . Press strong to raise the level press weak to lower the level and mode is to press for different massage settings . I hope this review helps people . I’m telling you it’s real strong and with in 10 minutes the stiffness in my shoulder and back went away ! 10 stars if I could ! I highly recommend this machine

   this tens unit works great! has settings for up to 15 strength, but 3 is plenty strong enough for me. the only drawback is that the electrode snaps are smaller than my Omron, so the pads aren’t interchangeable. luckily the same seller that sells this unit, sells extra pads that fit this one, so I bought some when I bought this unit. I suggest you buy extras too. also, I noticed some of the reviews from people complaining that this thing doesn’t work at all…it’s always possible to get a defective device, but most of the time it’s just user error, so let me give potential buyers a few tips: this is not a typical massager, so don’t buy it thinking it’s going to vibrate. it’s an electric shock therapy unit. you have to actually take the plastic film off the electrode pads & stick them on your body & then turn it on. also, the battery compartment is empty, becuz it has a built in rechargeable battery. if it isn’t working when you get it, plug it in with the provided usb cord & charge it.

   Hace las veces de acupuntura y para mi es genial para calmar mi dolor de espalda
   Me siento afortunada por tenerlo y el precio es muy económico
   Es práctico y no requiere mantenimiento
   Si sufres de dolores está es tu solución para relajar y quitar el dolor

   Got this for husband and he was excited how well it works. You can charge it with the charger or you can use 3 AAA batteries (the batteries aren’t included) there are different levels and pulses. Highly recommend if you use your upper body strength and need some relief
