   Works as intended; very useful home gym accessory! easy and simply to use and can get very creative with it to hit nearly any muscle group. Highly recommend, however i expected a bit more resistance and strength to it.

   I recently received my Resistance bands and I’m very pleased. The bands are perfect for me. I’m a truck driver and I’m always on the road. I highly recommend them.
