very light built, it comes with cheap heads on top and bottom. if I was to do it again I would look for cheap branded snare drums from your local music store as it’s a very cheaply made snare drum. but if you are learning it is absolutely fine. not for gigging or professional use. 4 stars for the price is ok for what it is
