    These are nice clamps at a great price. They offer strong clamping force, fit nicely in your hands, and open wide for clamping onto larger objects. 5 STARS!!!

    Pros:

    * Strong clamping force.

    * Serrated inner jaws can be useful for holding fabric or other softer materials against a circular rod.

    * Good value at 12 for $4.

    * Durable materials (by plastic part standards)

    * Gripper tips pivot to grab items.

    * Clamp fits very nicely in your hand. It’s small enough to be comfortable and big enough to offer strong clamping force. For its size, it’s just right!

    Cons:

    * Can’t think of any.

    I got these to help with some work I’m doing to my house. I use them for everything, holding tarps up, holding facing I glued to a drawer to closing a bag of chips I was grubbing on. Its a great value for the price, I highly recommend these clips.

    I already had a few of these clamps and I use them all the time
    I needed them last week when partitioning off an area of my garage in plastic sheeting, but ran out of clamps.
    These are so versatile and hand and does away with the need to use staples and tape etc. to hold things in place – so you just can’t have too many.
    The jaws open to their widest at 1 5/8 inches, clamping objects together with a *very* strong spring.
    The movable jaws sections ensure they close in parallel to hold objects tightly.
    But what makes them professional?
    I don’t think any of their attributes entitles them to be called ‘Professional’!
    They sure are handy though and at around $4.50 for 12 – these little clamps are a must-have.

    These are not super heavy duty clips and are fairly small. But, for small jobs, they seem plenty sturdy.

    The jaws open to about 1.5 inches and have small orange pads that rotate so they will be in line with whatever you are clamping.

    The spring is quite strong for the size of the clamps and holds whatever is clamped pretty well. As stated above, I would not be using these to clamp something heavy, but, for small items they work great.

    An additional use I found for these was as a chip bag clip. Since you get 12 of them in a pack, a couple of them have been relegated to chip bag duty. Very handy to have. Recommended.

    These are not for heavy duty use. They will serve your needs to hang a back drop as described but I would not be using these for any wood work. They will serve very well for ordinary home use of minor task but you’ll need your whole work piece covered with the clamps for any type of heavy duty hold

    $5.00 for 12 small 3.5” clamps…great value, and they work. Was looking for only small clamps, as they are more useful for everyday uses. Have larger sizes as well, but don’t use them much.

    These mini clamps are awesome, I love them! They super handy to have around they work for so many projects. For me they are perfect for small woodworking projects. They have good spring which provides a decent clamping force. When you put them in place, they stay. They’re pretty easy to clamp with one hand. The little orange pads are nice for protecting your material against scratches, and to give it some more grip. Those little pads do tend to fall off easily though but when they do they’re easy to snap back on. The clamps still work fine without them. These clamps are just the right size for me. They open up wide enough that they will clamp on most materials I work with. These work especially well when you need to hold parts togerger while the glue sets. These also work well for me for clamping down small parts in my miter box for making precision cuts. I have even used a few of them like clothes pins to hold a tarp in place while spray painting. These are made of plastic but they are very sturdy. I am really happy with these. This is actually the second set that I’ve ordered. For only four dollars for a set of 12! this is an exceptional value. I definitely recommend.

    I build model RC sailboats that range from 3 to 6 feet long. Many of the parts are fabricated by hand. The parts are joined with a PL marine sealant, epoxy or CA glue. This would be a mid-sized clamp while working on the boats. I got these because it was a twelve pack. You can never have too many of them. I just finished teaching a weeklong building class and added these to the collection of clamps. For my purpose they work great, and I will definitely buy more. The big advantages these have over clothes pins are: 1. Wider jaw opening. 2. Stronger Spring. 3. Easier to control. The clothes pins tend to pop the spring when you start to manipulate them. These clips give you a lot more versatility.
