Very simple. Effective. Put it on, press the button until it buzzes. The item will buzz when you slouch as a gentle reminder to straighten your posture. I think it keeps track of how many times it’s gone off in a day but I haven’t had it a full day yet. Great item. Fast delivery.

The device was very easy to removed from the silicone frame. When I charged it, it blinked and showed “88”. It provided a gentle vibrating buzz to remind me to keep my back straight. It didn’t get hot, and the silicone was soft against my skin. It counts the number of times it has buzzed, up to “99”, which is nice if you’re trying to track how often it has corrected you within a certain timespan.
