   Not sure why anyone had a problem putting this on? it’s super easy.. great price great quality & goes on well! Highly recommend!

   Soooo pretty!!!! It’s a great value for the price. They’re so sparkly. You need to layer for a more dramatic color, but that’s obvious with any glitter eyeliner.
