I thought I would try slip on shoes. I did some looking around and chose these. Then I measured my feet for length and width and found the standard size for that combination, and I ordered. When I received them I put them on and they fit ‘like a glove.’ Some reviewers complained that the shoes they got did not fit. My experience is different. I wanted all black and that was what I chose. One, they fit and as such are very comfortable. Two, the texture of the upper shoe is a bit odd, but that disappears when you are wearing them. Three, the soles are thick and have a give. So you feel like you are walking on a surface that gives and gives you a bounce which is different but not unpleasant. ‘Slip on’ is a bit odd as characterization. They do not slip on easily. You pull on using the heel pull on loop. They are pull ons. That is not particularly difficult and when they are on they fit to the feet very nicely. I have only had them for a couple of weeks so I do not know about long term wear, but they are wearing quite nicely now.

I’ve had several kinds of laceless sneakers. Sketchers have always been my goto as they look pretty good are usually pretty well made. these looked ok, but just had no arch support. A week later my feet hurt after a few hours of walking around. Going with a more serious sporting shoe, but these look good are easy to get off/on. Around the house they’re great.

The shoes are Great.I measured my foot and it was a little over 11 inches, got a size 11 and they fit great. A little tight to start with, but after a few times on they fit great. The soles are very good for walking on my tread mill. Well worth the money.

What I like about these shoes is that they are machine washable, and that with the insert in give me a nice bounce to my step. Also, they look nice, and are very lightweight. My only issue is that with my slightly higher arch the shoes are very tight at the top of the foot. I am stretching them now in hopes that this issue will abate so that I can wear them comfortability.

These shoes are like walking on clouds. The look is perfect for almost any occasion – dressed down with shorts and a T-shirt or work casual .. you could probably even wear them with a suit and tie. Well made and they stay looking nice for a long time, even with daily wear. The price is not bad, and while you can find some other lesser known brands with a similar look at a lower price, you can’t go wrong with Sketchers quality. I own 3 pair in 3 different colors and they’ve become a staple of my wardrobe. I like that you can get them in half sizes and wide width. An all around great shoe!

I had to return the pair that I had originally purchased and exchanged it for a wide pair. Based on the reviews, I was surprised that I had an issue with the width of the shoes. I normally do not have to purchase wide shoes and didn’t think I would need them for this either. I was able to get into the regular width shoe, but it was tight. Definitely not a fit I would want to wear and walk in.
Once I received the wide pair, I could appreciate how light and cushiony these shoes are. I purchased them for an upcoming trip and wanted something that I could easily slip in and out of on the plane and when visiting temples. For that purpose, I think these will be great.
I haven’t had a lot of time to wear these yet. I’m mostly wearing them around the house right now. The only potential issue, I’ve noticed is that the arch on these shoes is pretty low; that, plus the very plush cushion, has me wondering about what it will be like walking miles in these shoes. Time will tell but I won’t deduct a star for something that might not be an issue.

I am simple man and enjoy the simple pleasures, Like a comfy shoe. These Sketchers Go Max slip on shoes are it. I wear them with no socks and there’s so far not been any rubbing.
They look good too. I can wear them with jeans and they look appropriate, like I’ve made an effort… but still I am wearing shoes with no socks. I will definitely buy more of this style of Sketchers.
