Excellent quality. For such a small pillow, I can feel the tension released in my neck, shoulders, and back. The cushion is very firm and doesn’t collapse like regular pillows. It works well with back sleeping, but not side sleeping.

This cervical pillow is a standard size. I used my large dog on the picture to show the size… an he wanted it!! The pillow is soft but firm. It has the right shape to rest your head and can be use as a lumbar pillow too. The pillowcase is well-made and washable.
