   I liked it, then how long to wear it?? will it help my arthritic spine? I sure hope so!😅🆒Oh did I mention it is adjustable?

   Works well. Makes you stand up straight with shoulders back. Stitching not the best but is ok

   My back shoulder span is about 18″. The brace I bought is too small and cuts off the circulation in my arms. The brace is well made, and it stretches across my back and under my arms. if I wear it slightly off my shoulders for short periods of time, it definitely holds my shoulders back and improves my posture.
