   Very comfortable, these things work great when used with my compression stockings. I have to wear the stockings for plantaar fasciitis, and I have “bone spurs“ in my knees, these help me get up in the morning otherwise, I have to lift my leg out of my couch with both arms. I also went on a long walk this morning and these helped quite a bit. I am going to try to convince my friends who have the same issues with their knees, these are a very good solution. And, they look good too!
