   I actually purchased this for craft purposes , to snip wire and thread . I am pleased with it for that purpose and was happy to see that they came with a tip cover,

   Very good quality indeed. And it is easy enough to cut thick toe nail right through. The advantage is the curve on the tip that can get to the side of nail bed.

   As you can see in the picture, they are a good bit bigger than my cuticle trimmers. I have grip issues and have tried other nail cutters that loop around your fingers and are flat across. They just hurt my fingers and I always end up cutting my skin. These are a great size for my hand to easily hold onto. I was worried that the hard plastic handle might slip, but it didn’t. They are very sharp and do not take a lot of strength to cut. The spring folds down as as in the pictures and it comes with a cap for storage to protect you from the sharp point. The blades are also curved like a toe on one side. These are very well made. I am impressed.

   Purchased these to help trim my big toe nails, they always cause me issues when clipping with regular nail clippers. These did the job and are heavy duty and sharp ! Comes with a nipper cover for safe keeping. For the price compared to what I found online and even at Walmart, these are a fantastic deal !!
