I bought these because I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both forearms and this will allow me to also sleep in them soft just the right amount of pressure but I also have the long thermal sleeve for sweating while doing things around the house or Yoga I recommend both for light and comfortable release the Tan for sweating to tight up arms the long sleeves from wrist to above the shoulders insulated will help to burn fat around those loose arms

I like these arm sleeves 2 come in a package they feel like elastic or like spandex very stretchy feels like compressed or like dry fit but it’s well worth it because it does cover up your fat from the arms but it helps a lot it doesn’t roll down a whole lot as long it is positioned correctly it feels comfortable. they are the same what is pictured above they fit like a one size fits all but it’s well worth it because it wasn’t that expensive. but I like how it fits and how it makes me feel comfortable that I don’t have to worry about walking around and feeling like you have some little body fat hanging from your arms and it’s comfortably covered with a sleeve that’s just the way I feel.

I wear these quite a bit and like them. I have the beginning of bat wings and am hoping that these will help to curb that along with some strength training and regular arm exercises. they stay in place with no rolling up or down. I bought 2 pairs, this 1 and a 2nd pair in black, shipping was right on time as it usually is and customer service rocks.
