I haven’t got to try it yet, but I wish I bought this before my trip to Nigeria. Previously I bought a power adapter that wasn’t a voltage converter, most of my electronics like laptop, CPAP, and cell phone power cords will work with 240 VAC, but I burned up a flashlight charger.
This power adapter includes a converter which steps down the voltage. It also includes a great little carrying case and extra fuses.

This is a great all in one electrical outlet adapter and voltage converter for travel. It has a nice range of functionality to fit electric plugs (and voltage) for a number of different countries all in one convenient package. It’s very easy to use, it comes with its own carrying case and even some extra fuses, and the size and weight are perfect for international travel. Huge bonus that it offers both a variety of outlet adaptors as well as being a voltage converter, as I sometimes find myself needing to convert 110V hair appliances or electronics to 220V when going overseas, as well as needing an adapter for different outlet types.

This is a great travel companion for Europe. Well made and works well in outlets you’ll find throughout Europe. Comes in a nice storage case. Very durable. If this doesn’t work for you, stay home.

The travel converter will allow me to protect items from a 220v current while traveling. It is easy to use. There is a switch to use it as a converter or an adapter. Simply choose the switch for the country you want and the right plug will pop out. It does not have any usb ports. This is great if you travel a lot.

This converter/adapter is a bit smaller than some of its competitors, so it’s easy to pack. A carrying case is included, which is a plus — you won’t get crumbs in your sockets — but it adds bulk. You’ll be able to run your hair dryer and charge your phone, but not at the same time as you’ll need to switch from converter for the former to adapter for the latter. The price is nice for a unit like this, but I’m taking a star off because there are no USB ports. So you’ll have to plug your own phone charger into the adapter, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Had a blow dryer I needed to convert from Swedish 220 volt (Europe) to 110 (US) but it did not work whatsoever. False claim and do not use for this reason. Works as an adpter fine but advertised as a converter which is completely false.

Taking this voltage converter with me on vacation – great way to use my hair tools without blowing fuses or burning up my straightener! Multi-plug works in UK and Europe and it comes in it’s own little carry case which is awesome. Further review once we’re back from Italy – but this is made well and looks sturdy.

Came well packaged. Case, plug, more little fuses, and instructions. Got this plug for trip going to UK soon. It will also work in other countries, plug side has tabs to change for UK, US, Europe and Australia.
