   **update**So I have tried to teach my son with regular shoes and we were not successful. This product my son used for less than 5 minutes and he know can tie his shoes. Visually appealing, quality appears good. I have been struggling to teach my son to tie his shoes, hoping this helps. Happy with purchase.

   Great size for little and big hands to use. String stretches so it makes it easier for the little hands. Shoe is really light so moves very easily. Maybe glue it or screw it to something so it stays in place.
