I don’t understand why smaller TVs cost more. You can get a bigger TV with better resolution for about the same price. But that’s neither here nor there. I bought this for my bedroom, so I could watch TV in bed when I felt like it or play my SNES classic. It does everything it promises, and I have had zero issues with it as a result. It’s now the third FireTV I’ve bought, the other two being much bigger. And I’ve been largely happy with them all.

Got this 32″ FireTV during Prime Days sell for the kitchen – wall mounted high and tilted downward.
It is replacing a 2+ year old Toshiba FireTV that is slow and sluggish within the TV interface and has an issue with the YouTube app that results in a force close or power cycle of the TV itself.
This new TV takes in 1080p HDR and displays it very well on the 720p display with factory settings (once out of Power Save mode of course). Off angle viewing is OK at this price point.
Would have liked to have got the 40-inch but it wouldn’t fit in the limited space between the ceiling and shelfing below.
Supports HDR10 using YouTube and HDMI connected devices very well. The peak brightness in nits is low so specular highlights, etc. aren’t the brightest but OK at this price point.
ALL inputs on the right side (looking at the screen) and complete with everything I wanted and needed.
Sound it good. Have many other FireTV’s and FireTV devices and this is a good addition.

I bought the small to fit in the living room armoire. I also have a 50’ of the same TV upstairs.
Very easy to set up…plug in and go,since you can have everything transferred via Amazon.
Just a few caveats for me…I wish you could choose which streaming features on the remote. I have Netflix,Peacock, and of course,Prime TV,
but not Direct TV….I would love to program another service for that button.
It also turns on all by itself during electrical storms…..just the sound! Oh,,,the joys of high technology…lol.
Overall, happy, and I got it at an excellent price.

It’s a good size for a guest bedroom. Quality for the price far exceeded our expectations. I set up the streaming channels we subscribe to in just a couple of minutes — very fast and easy. I highly recommend it.
Based on this experience, our next “big screen” TV purchase will probably be another Fire TV.

My 50-inch Vizio soiled the Sealy, so I looked for a less-expensive replacement The 40-incher fit the bill. So it’s not 4K. No big whup. Picture is just short of A-plus. Mating with Bluetooth speaker is a snap. Actual TV audio is decent.
Remote is swell, with dedicated buttons for Prime video and Netflix. I still can’t use Alexa as a remote speaker, but I’m not giving up. Alexa does allow some vocal commands.
Just get one.

When setting up the Hulu app with my new computer, a phone number requesting a call appeared. I called the number and was told I needed to verify my account with Hulu because they were clearing out unauthorized users. It was a Zelle scam. It would be good to use the remote to set up your apps.

I bought this tv for my kids’ room, in April 2023. I never buy the insurance because I change TVs pretty often 1 or 2 years. My first-time buying a TV on Amazon. TV is not working already, not even 3 months.
After writing my previous review Amazon step in an provide me with a new TV,
Thank you.

When I mounted the TV on my existing bracket and powered it up the TV set itself up without any input from me other than language preference. It ‘found’ my existing Firestick and copied the info from it. Now I just need to figure out some of the preferences but overall I am very pleased. My only issue was that the machine screws which hold the TV to the bracket were longer than the holes in the TV. I solved the problem by adding a nut to the washer. It is very secure now. I thought the price was good for the size and picture quality. It’s in my kitchen.
