   Helps with neck extension. Having been suffering from neck pain. I tried and it gave me relief. I recommend it. I got it for cheaper than other stores as well. Worth the money. 🙏

   Pleasantly surprised by how much this helped my neck. I constantly have neck pain. This felt like such a good stretch, and it’s made out of a dense foam (as opposed to plastic like I assumed). I’ve even been falling asleep on it, and coupled with a Shakti mat on top gave me the best sleep.
